Google released it's candy themed operating system on Wednesday: Android 4.4, also known as Kit Kat. The system plans to also convert onto other Nexus items.

The newest Nexus phone is thinner and lighter than the pervious generation. The phone app has more powerful search engines with this new system, and adds for third party cloud services. Google gathers context through this system that is more vast than ever before. Google is making strides to enhance the previous operating systems.

Facebook now gives the option of going completely public with all information posted by teens ages 13-17. However, the firm is still juggling other privacy settings and the issues related. They hope the changes they make will further their competitive advantage against other firms.

The funny thing is that Facebook is growing to become more of a tool for adults. Teens claim too many adults take part in the social site, which pushes them away from joining in the first place. However, 94% of teens still have a Facebook, whether or not they maintain it. It appears as though the company is up in the air about how they will do in the years to come regarding teen presence.
